From the Bosveld to your door.
Courier delivery
- We deliver anywhere in South Africa by courier for R150.00 per order.
- Orders of R1,000.00 or more ship free.
- Orders are shipped once payment has been received.
Orders are packed fresh and handed to our courier within 1-2 working days. Delivery usually takes 2-4 working days to main centres and a bit longer to outlying areas. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Freshness & storage
Biltong is a natural, air-dried product. Keep it in a cool, dry place in a paper bag - never airtight plastic - and enjoy within a few days. For longer storage, keep it in the fridge or freezer.
Problems with your order
If anything is wrong with your order - damaged in transit, missing items or not what you ordered - please let us know within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Because biltong is perishable food we can't accept returns of opened products for change of mind.
